This Product Safety page explains the product-safety information relevant to products offered through ScentAI, a brand operated by HASFROS, LDA.
1. General product safety
We aim to offer products that comply with the applicable European Union and Portuguese product-safety requirements. Product descriptions, labels, warnings and instructions should be read before use and retained for future reference.
Do not use a product if its packaging is damaged, leaking, altered or missing required safety information. Keep products away from children and use them only as directed.
2. Perfumes and cosmetics
Perfumes and many fragrance products are cosmetic products subject to EU cosmetics legislation. Cosmetic products placed on the EU market must have an EU-established responsible person and comply with applicable safety, product-information, notification, labelling and claims requirements.
Product packaging may identify the responsible person, ingredients, nominal content, durability or period-after-opening information, precautions and other mandatory details. Packaging and product-specific instructions take priority over general website descriptions.
3. Safe use

5. Reporting a safety concern

We may need to share relevant information with the manufacturer, responsible person, distributor, courier, insurer or competent authority where necessary to investigate and protect consumers.
6. Product recalls and corrective action
If a product recall or safety notice affects an order, we may contact affected customers using available order information and provide instructions for return, replacement, refund or other corrective action.
