These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the ScentAI website and purchases made through the ScentAI online store. ScentAI is a trading name and brand operated by HASFROS, LDA.

2. Scope
These Terms apply to purchases made by consumers through the website. Before placing an order, you will be shown the relevant product description, price, taxes, delivery charges, payment method, delivery information and applicable return rights.
3. Products and recommendations
We aim to present product descriptions, images, sizes, ingredients, availability and prices accurately. Minor variations in colour, packaging or presentation may occur. Product pages and packaging should be read together, particularly for warnings and usage instructions.
ScentAI fragrance recommendations are suggestions based on information and preferences provided by the user. They are not medical, dermatological or professional advice and do not guarantee a particular personal result.
4. Prices and payment
Prices, applicable VAT and delivery charges are displayed before you place the order. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order and will contact you where appropriate.
Payments are processed through the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not ask customers to send complete payment-card details by email, chat or contact form.
5. Placing and accepting an order
When you select the final order button, you submit an offer to purchase the products in your basket and acknowledge an obligation to pay. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. A contract is formed when we accept the order or dispatch the products, whichever is stated in the order confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order where products are unavailable, payment is not authorised, delivery information is invalid, fraud or abuse is suspected, or a material error occurred. If payment was taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.
6. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you notify us of unauthorised access.
7. Website use
You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, access accounts without permission, scrape content in a way that harms the service or submit misleading, abusive or unlawful content.

The ScentAI name, logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other website content are owned by or licensed to HASFROS, LDA unless otherwise indicated. You may use the website for personal and lawful purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

We may update these Terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. The version applicable to an order is the version presented before that order is placed.
